I don’t know what brought you here, but hiiiii! 

Before you start browsing around, keep reading to get to know me a little better.

 

I am a 25 year old fitness professional currently living and working in Philadelphia, PA!  

 

Growing up, I was a dancer and wanted to do that professionally until I fell in love with training. I have my Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and I have been a certified personal trainer & group fitness instructor for 7 years now. I’m obsessed with my job and I love sharing my story, my knowledge, and my experiences with anyone that is open to listening! 

 

When I am not working out… you can catch me writing, dancing, spending time with my amazing friends and family, or drinking coffee.

 

 

 

A little bit of everything.

 

This site, and all of my other social platforms, are an extension of who I am. My profession, and my passion, are fitness and health. But, they aren’t the only things that drive me, inspire me, or make up who I am. While 80% of what you will find on my blog is fitness-related… you’ll also be able to read stories about my life and learn about my interests outside of the #fitlife. 

 

Along with my blog, you’ll find The SLF Method. The SLF Method is my fitness and nutrition coaching business. If you are looking for a personal trainer, nutrition coach, or want to make a big lifestyle change, look no further. SLF is a support system that is designed to help you reach your unique short term goals, but will also set you up for lasting success! 

 

 

Like I said before; I like sharing! But beyond that, my goal with this platform isn’t to get a ton of likes or gain a bajillion followers. I am not trying to reinvent the wheel or create some crazy new trendy way to workout. And I’m definitely not attempting to convince you that my views on the world or the fitness industry are superior to anyone else’s.

 

The fitness world can be weird. And confusing. And frankly, a little frustrating. There’s a ton of people out there claiming to have the answers to all of your problems, and maybe they do, but their advice probably conflicts with 12 other people’s claims. Sifting through a google search of *insert any fitness topic here* can leave you feeling perplexed and sometimes, helpless.  I want to use my knowledge to bring some clarity to the confusion around health and fitness topics and share my personal experiences, in and outside of the gym, to ultimately help you feel less alone in your own journey!
